ABOUT

Inspired by people,
not trends.

Groteska was born in Barcelona from the beauty of the ordinary.
Old cafés.
Plastic chairs.
Summer afternoons.
Grandparents.
Local football.
Loud conversations.
Sun-faded signs.

Created by designer Claudia Tardito in Barcelona, we make heavyweight graphic T-shirts with the same philosophy: timeless, ironic and made to age well.

MANIFESTO

We don’t design for everyone.

Groteska celebrates everyday icons. The grandmother hanging laundry. The old man arguing about football. Plastic chairs outside a neighbourhood café. Sun-bleached shop signs. Bad souvenirs. Good stories.

We believe clothing should carry personality long before it carries a logo. Every illustration starts as an observation from real life, transformed into something worth wearing, collecting, and talking about.

Our humour is irreverent. Our production isn't.

That's why every T-shirt is made to order by our trusted production partner, using premium natural cotton, high-quality digital printing, and responsible manufacturing standards. Producing only what is needed means less waste, better quality, and a more thoughtful way of making things.

No hype. No trend chasing. No boring T-shirts.

Just timeless graphics, honest craftsmanship, and the belief that making people smile shouldn't come at the expense of the people who make our clothes—or the planet they make them on.
